JT has made quite a journey from the heart of Cajun country in Baton Rouge, Louisiana to his new home in Nashville, Tennessee. Although the ride took a bit of time, his rock solid work ethic and his tough country nature led him to do whatever it would take to make it in this crazy business we call music.
THE DUSTIN OLSON BAND
Sounds like Texas. Written in Nashville. Raised in Illinois. That about sums up Dustin Olson and his debut EP Prayer Of A Simple Man.
With a sound best described as Steve Earle meets Eric Church, the songs inside Prayer Of A Simple Man fit snugly inside both the Texas / Americana world just as easily as they do the streets of Nashville and never once do you get the feeling he compromised for either one.
